The 31st Chapter
The 31st Chapter is the Punishers LE MC’s in-memoriam chapter for our Fallen Brothers. It exists to meet the needs of families who have lost a full-patched member or Prospect in good standing.
The 31st Chapter was created upon losing our first Brother, Roger “Wholelotta” Morgan. In 2013, when he passed away, there were only 30 chapters in the Punishers LE MC. The 31st Chapter was established so that Members or Prospects who pass away may be transferred to this chapter and forever continue their membership.
All Punishers worldwide wear a small square ‘31 Remember’ patch on the front of our cuts in memoriam of all our Fallen Brothers.
The 31st Chapter is a registered 501(c)(3) corporation.
